Dear Lebanon Trail High School Choir Parents,
We are excited to share the initial proposals for our choir's Disney Spring Trip in 2026! This promises to be an incredible educational and performance opportunity for our students.
This will be our second time for the Lebanon Trail High School Choir to embark on a Disney trip. Our previous trip had 45 participants and was a fantastic experience for everyone involved!
The trip is scheduled for April 15 - 19, 2026. Below, you will find a summary of two proposals from Performing Arts Consultants, outlining the key inclusions and differences.
General Trip Details (Common to both proposals):
All necessary motorcoach transfers for 55 passengers are included:
This package offers a comprehensive experience, including both Disney and Universal Studios.
This proposal focuses solely on the Disney experience with an additional day at the Disney parks.
Please be aware that Frisco ISD policy allows for each student to pay a maximum of $1200 towards such trips. The additional amount needed beyond this $1200 per student will need to be raised through the Booster Club. We kindly ask that each student attending the trip participate in fundraising efforts to cover this additional amount, either through donations or various fundraisers organized by the Booster Club.
Upcoming Trip Meeting & Payment Information:
We kindly ask that all parents and students attend the trip meeting on Wednesday, August 20 at 6:30 PM in the LTHS Auditorium. During this meeting, we will discuss the proposals in detail and make a decision on which trip we will be pursuing. We are hoping to get approval from the district quickly so that the $200 deposit and first payment can be made on September 30th.
Payments for the trip will be made through the Performing Arts Consultants trip portal, similar to how we handled payments for last year's San Antonio Spring Trip. Within this portal, there will also be an opportunity to purchase trip insurance.

- Accommodation: Students will be accommodated in quad occupancy rooms at an All-Star Music Resort, or a similar Disney resort.
- Meals: The package includes:
- Four (4) Breakfast Dining Cards (one for each morning following an overnight stay).
- Four (4) Lunch Meal Coupons (for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - meals without dessert).
- Three (3) Dinner Meal Coupons (for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday - meals with dessert).
- Four (4) Breakfast Dining Cards (one for each morning following an overnight stay).
- Disney Imagination Campus Workshop: Students will participate in a unique 2½-hour Choral workshop, and will receive a CD of the workshop recording.
- Safety & Supervision: Security guard will be provided for each night's stay from 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM.
- Souvenirs: Each paying participant will receive a Souvenir DVD, and there will be a Director's gift.
- Representation: A Performing Arts Consultants Representative will be available throughout the tour. He stays at the resort and is accessible.
- Free Packages: One free package is offered for every 20 paying participants, based on double occupancy rooms.
- Round-trip airfare between Dallas (DFW) and Orlando (MCO) is included.
- The current round-trip fare is estimated at $550.00 per person.
- Bag Fee: Please note that a $35 fee for the first checked bag will apply if handled online (for American Airlines).
- American Airlines Example Schedule:
- April 15, 2026: DFW/MCO dep. 6:30 PM arr. 10:03 PM
- April 19, 2026: MCO/DFW dep. 7:46 PM arr. 9:50 PM
- April 15, 2026: DFW/MCO dep. 6:30 PM arr. 10:03 PM
- Southwest Airlines: Fares will be published in mid-August, with the total Southwest invoice due by January 26, 2026. Southwest allows two checked bags per person. Southwest usually comes in under American on this route. We will know more by the time of the August 20 Parent Meeting. We flew Southwest for the 2022 Disney Trip and all choir students brought two carry-ons.

- Universal Park transfer (round trip – note: only applicable to Proposal 1 if Universal is included).

- Disney Park Tickets: 3-DAY PARK STARTER Ticket to the Walt Disney World Resort Parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom).
- Universal Park Tickets: 2-DAY, 3-PARK, 1 PARK PER DAY ticket to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure & EPIC Universe.
- Price Per Person (Quad Occupancy): $1,895.00
